How to Start a Return

Log into your account or contact our client services team at orders@teddybaldassarre.com. Returns must be started within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, your watch must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, stickers, and paperwork included. Straps and bracelets must not be removed, adjusted, or sized, and the Teddy Baldassarre security tag must still be attached.

Not Eligible for Return

Special orders, watches with sized or altered bracelets, and books are final sale.

Broad sword-shaped hour and minute hands with sandblasted surfaces, filled with Super-LumiNova® Grade A, paired with a long, slender seconds hand featuring an aircraft-shaped counterweight; additionally featuring a red tip on the seconds hand.

Nylon velcro straps in black, blue, khaki green and sand or Bolgheri leather straps in black, leone brown, caraffa brown or blue. All straps can be changed using a Quick Release system and does not require the use of any tools.
