Shipping Policies

We ship within the United States, to Canada, and internationally. Brand eligibility varies by destination. If a brand is not authorized for your destination, no shipping option will appear at checkout for that address.

Signature Requirement

All watch orders ship with Signature Required service. This helps ensure safe delivery and satisfies our shipping insurance requirements. The package must be signed for by the individual named on the shipping label.

Removing the signature requirement. You may request removal before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, the requirement cannot be changed or removed.

If you remove the signature requirement. You accept responsibility for the shipment once the carrier marks it as delivered. Teddy Baldassarre is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after that point.

If you are unavailable to sign for your package. Contact Client Services at 216-868-8085 or your Sales Advisor before placing your order to discuss options. Orders returned to sender after unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur additional reshipment charges.

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Inventory and Availability

We hold separate inventory for U.S. and Canadian orders. A watch that is in stock for one country may be sold out in the other, and stock cannot be transferred between countries.

Availability shown on the site and at checkout reflects only the inventory held for your destination country.

If a model you want is unavailable, email sales@teddybaldassarre.com and we can confirm whether it is expected to return to stock.

Shipping to the United States

Eligible brands. All brands are available for delivery within the United States.

Processing. It can take up to 5 business days before your order ships.

Delivery. Typically 2 to 3 business days after shipment. Times may be longer depending on your location.

Daily cutoff. 2:00 PM ET. Orders eligible for expedited shipping placed after the cutoff may ship the following business day.

APO/FPO addresses. We are happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional processing and transit time.

Shipping to Canada

Eligible brands. Accutron, Alpina, Bulova, Citizen, Formex, Frederique Constant, Hamilton, Marathon, MIDO, NOMOS Glashütte, Oris and Tissot. Brands not listed are not authorized for sale in Canada and will not offer a shipping option at checkout for a Canadian address.

Quebec. We cannot currently accept orders for delivery to Quebec addresses. Orders entered with a Quebec shipping address will not offer a shipping option at checkout.

International Shipping (outside the U.S. and Canada)

Eligible brands. Brew Watch Co., Delugs, DOXA, Formex, Laco, Louis Erard, Marathon, MeisterSinger, Mühle Glashütte, NOMOS Glashütte, Oris, Squale, Sternglas, Unimatic, and WOLF. Brands not listed are not authorized for international sale and will not offer a shipping option at checkout for an international address.

Customs and duties. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges. These are not collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Import regulations. We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations, fees, and estimated customs processing times before ordering. Teddy Baldassarre is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

Freight forwarders. Orders shipping to international freight forwarding addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Refused shipments. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees, we will issue a refund less the cost of return shipping. Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise is received and inspected, which may take up to 10 business days.
