Biography
Jaeger-LeCoultre was founded in Le Sentier, Switzerland in 1833 by Charles Antoine LeCoultre and François Ulysse LeCoultre. In 1931, JLC introduced the flip-over case Reverso which would go on to be their most iconic watch. JLC is also known as one of the great watchmakers, having produced movements for Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, and Audemars Piguet. Jaeger-LeCoultre is under the Richemont Group umbrella.
