How to Start a Return

Log into your account or contact our client services team at orders@teddybaldassarre.com. Returns must be started within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, your watch must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, stickers, and paperwork included. Straps and bracelets must not be removed, adjusted, or sized, and the Teddy Baldassarre security tag must still be attached.

Not Eligible for Return

Special orders, watches with sized or altered bracelets, and books are final sale.
