Biography
Fears was founded in 1846 in Bristol, England by watchmaker Edwin Fear. The company was forced to relocate after their headquarters was destroyed in the bombings during World War II. Like many watchmakers the brand closed its doors in 1976 in the wake of the quartz revolution but was revived by Nicholas Bowman-Scargill, the great-great-great-grandson of Edwin Fear in 2016.
