Log into your account or contact our client services team at orders@teddybaldassarre.com. Returns must be started within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, your watch must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, stickers, and paperwork included. Straps and bracelets must not be removed, adjusted, or sized, and the Teddy Baldassarre security tag must still be attached.

Not Eligible for Return

Special orders, watches with sized or altered bracelets, and books are final sale.

The English Suede strap is crafted from premium suede, sourced from the world’s leading suede tannery – renowned for supplying the finest English and American shoemakers, including Edward Green, Alden, and Church. Exceptionally soft to the touch yet surprisingly durable, this suede is far from ordinary and will age beautifully with wear. To add strength and longevity, the lining is made from kangaroo leather, the thinnest yet most tensile-resistant leather available, ensuring the strap won’t stretch over time. With use, the suede develops a rich, worn-in character, becoming even more striking as it ages.
